An old-world Spanish courtyard vibe meets the heart of East Nashville

Our clients wanted the ultimate multi-level escape, connecting their home to a DADU studio space. They chose a beautiful Arto terra cotta custom tile for their patio, giving an old world meets modern energy. Step down into a crushed limestone permeable gravel courtyard perfect for play and gathering. There is a spa on the new elevated Ipe deck, overlooking the rest of the backyard. Mortar rubbed concrete retaining walls border this main living area and Arto tile steps lead down to a natural grass side yard and path.
